What is RCR Hospitality Group?
Established in 1974, RCR is a Halifax-based restaurant and catering company. In that time, RCR has owned and operated more than fifteen restaurants. Currently, RCR operates Bistro Le Coq, The Waterfront Warehouse, The Arms Public House, CUT Steakhouse, Shuck Seafood + Raw Bar, and East of Grafton, plus a full-service catering and event design company that offers a number of diverse banquet and entertainment venues.

What if we don’t like the "typical" menu choices?
Our standard menus are provided only as a starting point for discussion. We love to customize and create exciting and memorable menus for our clients, whether they be plated dinners, or buffets or serving stations. Our team works with you to design menus to suit your specific requirements and budget. Final decisions on your menu selections should be discussed four weeks prior to your event.
Do you provide sommelier service?
Yes, RCR has a number of accredited professional sommeliers on staff and we love to make great wine an integral part of any event!
Are there any other costs associated with off-site catering?
Menu prices include food items and serving staff. An off-site catering fee (depending on the venue and your requirements) will apply to cover the cost of transportation, set-up, dining tables, chairs, linens, glassware, dishes and cutlery.
What other services does RCR offer?
RCR is an event design company that will work with you to secure the best venue for your event, and will consult with you on entertainment, theme and décor concepts, lighting, and floral arrangements. We will also coordinate transportation, rentals, tents, security, and all related services.
RCR also offers services such as personalized chocolate logos, ice sculptures and a chocolate fountain to add a special touch to your event.
