Located at Pier 20 and labeled "one of the most eco-friendly buildings in the world", this newly-designed, state-of-the-art waterfront facility was completely designed with the environment in mind. The modern steel and glass interior is warmed up with the use of beautiful, exposed wood, all salvaged from trees that fell during Hurricane Juan.
Centre-court which overlooks the colourful market stalls below is ideal for stand-up receptions and a glassed-in annex on this level is perfectly suited for smaller meetings.
The rooftop garden cools the building and also serves as a beautiful space for weddings and receptions. The garden, which is full of flowers that attract butterflies, was designed to make guests feel as though they are floating on Halifax Harbour.
