The Event
The Reception
To set the mood, we recommend a pre-dinner reception featuring seafood prepared according to traditional Maritime recipes. Now, picture food stations spaced around the banquet room, adorned with the appropriate decor and staffed with RCR's friendly personnel. (Several serving options are available).
The Dinner
Before the guests are seated, each table will be pre-set. Baskets of rolls and butter, pickle jars, platters of potato salad and coleslaw, lemon, and drawn butter will provide an inviting visual display to mark the beginning of your meal. Dinner service is most definitely Maritime, consisting of PewterGlow plates and appropriate stainless flatware, including lobster picks and crackers, with lots of large paper napkins at the ready.
