In the '70s, Robert Risley, RCR's founder, cited a need for Halifax restaurants that served exceptional food. He was an engineer. And still is. He's engineered some of the greatest metro Halifax venues the city knows and enjoys today. Since 1974, RCR Hospitality Group has owned and operated more than fifteen Halifax restaurants, thousands of functions, and made lasting memories for crowds ranging from eight to 4,000 guests.
